Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta or bow ties
  • 2 cups cooked chicken sliced or shredded
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked

  • Large Pot For boiling pasta
  • Large Mixing Bowl To toss the salad
  • Cutting Board and Knife To prep chicken and lettuce

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. Add Caesar dressing and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle in shredded Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Toss again lightly.
  5. Top with croutons just before serving. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes if preferred.

Notes

  • Keep croutons separate until serving if making ahead to keep them crisp.
  • Add cherry tomatoes or crispy bacon for variation.
  • If prepping in advance, stir in extra dressing before serving to freshen it up.
