Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies plus extra for topping
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Equipment

  • Food Processor or Rolling Pin For crushing Oreos
  • Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer For whipping the filling
  • 8x8 Baking Pan Lined with parchment paper
  • Mixing Bowls For crust and filling

Method

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Mix crumbs with melted butter until fully coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in crushed Oreos, leaving some chunks for texture.
  6. Spread filling evenly over the chilled crust. Sprinkle extra Oreo pieces on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight until firm. Slice into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the smoothest texture.
  • Freeze bars individually for an easy grab-and-go treat.
  • Swap Golden Oreos for a vanilla-flavored version.
