- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until fully blended.
- Quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until all the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press the mixture gently into a greased or parchment-lined 9x13 pan. Smooth the top lightly with a buttered spatula.
- Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For easier spreading, lightly butter your hands or spatula.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top for an extra treat.
