7 Sides That Pair Well with Frittata

First, you will need 2-3 broccoli florets.

Now, before you char these little babies in your oven, make sure to drizzle them with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, and once it's done, let them cool and transfer in a bowl.

Add your choice of nuts, basil leaves, goat's cheese, salt and pepper, and mix properly.

Drizzle with lime juice for the finishing touch.

4 - Garlic Roasted Potatoes

All you need is potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and fresh parsley.

  • Preheat the oven. .
  • Now cut the potatoes in wedges, halves, quarters, etc and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and mix properly until the potatoes are well-coated.
